Dr. Ki Bum Noh’s Human Resource Management class (MGT 220) is currently working on a project with community partner, Friends & Neighbors, a nonprofit organization that provides services and does direct outreach to the unhoused population. As Friends & Neighbors grows, they are looking to more fully develop policies and procedures around hiring and recruitment practices, a comprehensive onboarding package, performance evaluation, and rewards and engagement for employees. Students will maintain regular communication with Friends & Neighbors, and will have the opportunity to visit their downtown office as they apply course material to real-world problems and develop solutions.
